Large contact surfaced ice flakes/scales cooled to -7° C. White, pure, dry texture, fast performing food cooling capacity and easy drainage.
Application fields varying from

• catering (bread making, meat prcessing, cooked meat trades …)
• to pharmaceutical products handling

 

A fixed vertical evaporator turns iced water into scales/flakes thanks to a rotating scraper.
